A digitally savvy, self-motivated and outgoing person with a strong understanding of Website basics.  

 

The applicant should:

have an easy-going personality that can manage busy and slow workloads
be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
be a great communicator and capable of account management
be a self-motivated problem solver who is not afraid to ask questions
understand the foundations of browser compatibility, UI design, etc.
be turstworthy and honest

 

The position is one of many hats where the applicant might: design and or critique, test a new site’s functionality, manage a website build with a team of programmers, design a logo or solve an existing UI problem, represent the company at a client meeting, beta test, report bugs, test browser compatibility or brainstorm creative social strategies and ideation.
